Riddle me CHAT..It's all JOHN'S FAULT!!!

Good morning everyone!

We had lots of fun, and several adventures in the past few days. It was a snowy ride on Friday but we were lucky to have a great bus driver. Unfortunately about an hour into our ride one of the wipers lost its' blade and as it was coming off it jamed the second wiper. He drove about 5 miles with no wiper to get to a rest area and he patched things together.

It took a bit longer to get to Manhattan given the weather but once we got into the city it was beautiful. Schools were closed and we saw kids sledding in Central Park. We had lunch in Rockefeller Center and watched the skaters and then I took a very unglamourous fall on Fifth Avenue!!! I ended up with wet pants and sore knees and hands.

I've got to head off for now and get caught up around here. We got about 7 inches of snow while we were gone and nobody home to shovel the driveway!!!! We plowed right up it this morning, and now everybody but me is outside shoveling. I'm going to sort through laundry, laundry, and more laundry!!!

Bernie, that is an awfully nice neighbor you have there. My poor DH ws the one who had to take me to the airport at 5 am and pick me up at midnight when I went to WDW last.

Gail, sounds like a great time in NY! Sorry you had to come back to all that snow though!

Hey everyone...glad to hear the trip went well. My mom just got back from MCO this morning, and she said security was much tighter today.....guess it is going to be a trend for a while now.

Had a very busy Saturday, and compensated for it today...haven't gotten dressed yet...but am thinking about a shower and new pajamas...woohoo...

came home from the blue and gold with 4 cakes this year....not bad.....down from 5 from last year. DH won't let any of the boys cakes go without bids.....what a guy....

I'm pooped.....still doing laundry....just came back from the grocery store.....the guys have headed out to pick up chinese food.

I'm gone 2 days and I've already forgotten I have to watch everything I say!!!!! So far nothing from the tag fairies....and no sign of Lars to clap for me.

That "Let's Write A Story" thread is hysterical....thanks for pointing it out to me!
