Okay, this is possibly none of my business, but since I read many of his threads...Does anyone know how he died? I didn't read it anywhere and 42 is so young. He didn't seem ill nor did he ever say anything.

If you go over to the DVC board and click on "Sad News" you'll find a message from his wife on page 21 that details the reason for his passing.
