On the 4th of July, as we celebrate our independence day let us not forget our neighbor to the north. I found this story on canadian history that I thought was just fascinating!

However. . I do feel the need to point out that you neglected to mention the critically important role Canada plays in the worldwide production of beer and beer-related humor. . . truly no tribute to that great country is complete without acknowledging that!

A lot of American's may not realize how important beer is to Canadian's...
for example it is part of religion

As great as our Constitution here in America is, not even we can match the profound majesty of the "Every Canadian has the right to drink beer anytime or anywhere" statement in Canada's Constitution. . . I mean; how cool is that?

I tried curling a few times. You need something much stronger than beer to keep from freezing to death.
