Rewards W-2?

I was reading on the Quick Rewards FAQ's that if you make over $600 through them and you live in the US that they have to send you a W-2.

Curious if anyone has ever recieved one before?

not from QR but on another site I stoped just under $600 last year. They all send them out.

Also it should be a 1099 not a w-2.

I did read on another thread that they all automatically send a 1099 when you hit $600. Hope this helps.

They will ask you for it.. normally if you dont comply they will will ban you from the site.
