Rewards E-mails

I just found out that at Chase there are two e-mail addresses that they store. I was wondering why I wasn't receiving any information about rewards and called. One address is used by Chase to contact you regarding your credit card. The second one is used by the Rewards administer to contact you. Does anyone else get e-mails when discouts are available?

Anyone else notice that there aren't many benefits being offered? Like movie previews, Disney on Ice discounts? There were many more when it first started.

Also when they do come out with WDW discounts I hear about it on websites long before Visa contacts me.
