The best place I've found to check out rewards offered is sdrawer.com.
I know that I've read that Amazon does not reward anywhere - not sure about ToysRUs.

What I always do is send myself an Amazon GC through Giftcertificates.com. Lots of places should reward for shopping there. They after I receive the GC in my email, I turn around and place my Amazon order. Lately I've been using Club Mom for my Giftcertificates.com orders. I know you can also buy TRU gift cards outright through Club Mom and get points for them.
