reward dollars at non disney restaurants

Can anyone tell me if you can use your disney visa reward dollars at any non disney restaurants in DTD such as Planet Hollywood or House of Blues? Thanks everyone.

I'd like to find out also. How about the Rainforest Cafe at AK? Can you use reward dollars there?

I understand it is owned by the same company that owns Rainforest.
