Reward Coupon Not Available

Totally bummed! I have a laptop that is not hooked up to a printer, so I cannot print my reward coupons immediately. I just hooked up to the printer to print them out, and each link would not work. I received a message that the reward coupons are only available for viewing once, and they could not be found! All that hard work for nothing - all my fireworks coupons, tent codes, and Hidden Mickeys prize. Total bummer - be sure to print out your coupons right away!

Edit: Some are still available! This is really odd...

I Got The Same Message I Had Many Coupions For The Wristbands And Hidden Coupons For Gold Set And I Saved Them To My Computer And They Havent Worked Since The New Homepage Came Out. When I Usually Would Open Them It Comes Up With Adobe Reader and Now It Takes You To A VMK Page Saying It Was Not Found. So Today Infact Just 10 Minutes Ago I sent In Using Contact Us A Complaint And You Should Do It To Use The Link About The Coupons Not Being Printed And I Am Sure They Will Give Us Another Coupon Or Fix The Ones We Have.....

That is what I do=
I have a VMK folder that I save them too- and will rename them with what it is and what character earned it then save- that way I can print them us as I need them- or forward them in emails to those who need them or can redeem them for me.

I also have a folder with in the folder to save all my redeemed codes or those sent to others so I can have a record of what I did have in case anything should happen.

I had that problem, the links didn't work and it was the 1st time I had opened them...

Tried the next day and they came up ok. They might have had a server problem...

No, now you can't print them up whenever. I have saved them to my hard drive as well - you can view them only once. If you try to open them more than once, they are gone.

I don't understand that. It seems when I save them, I am saving the pdf, not the link. So, with the new homepage are you saying this has changed? (I haven't earned a pdf for a while)
Okay, I have a few old pdf's still on my hard drive. They have already been printed and redeemed. I was able to open them with no problem.
Maybe it depends on how you are saving them?

don't save the link - save the actual pdf file and it is then a document. they all have bar codes so there are no duplicate. believe me I had a few printed twice by accident and they catch them.

I don't have a printer at home, so I saved the .pdf file like many others.'

What I did:

1. Open link in VMK.
2. Adobe browser pops up the document.
3. Save the .pdf to my desktop.
4. Email the .pdf to my work email to print out.

I did save it as a pdf file. I have done everything that everyone here has done. I think it has something to do with the new Home Page. Here is what the new message looks like:

I saved it as a pdf file. I have never had trouble opening and printing these old saved files either, until now...

What version of Adobe are you using? I wonder if this might be the problem. I made a mule earlier and won the tent room. I saved it to my computer hard drive and hours later was able to open it several times with no problem. I have the latest version of Adobe for pdf. Maybe this could be the problem, I don't know.

I did end up printing it after the third time I opened it just in case.

I also won a Nemo Chair for my new born in park character and just now was able to open the pdf file again.

Do you need some extra tent pdf? I can send you some of mine that seem to be working fine.

I just got a new computer and I assume I have the newest version of Adobe, as it doesn't prompt me to upgrade when I open it. I don't need the tent coupons, but thanks for the offer. My mules just played and I won a few more and I had one retake the Hidden Mickeys Quest, although I was annoyed to have to do so!

As for the link problem, it is a new one for me. I was always able to open them before, several times, as you have said. But since the new website was put up, I cannot retrieve old coupons. I'm over it - that's what mules are for, yes?

Of course, the prizes I won today I printed right away, and then I could reopen the links from my favorites as many times as I wanted! I saved one in My Documents to see if I could still open it much later, which I should be able to do. Sigh.

I have always just immediately opened the link and saved the PDF to my hard drive. I guess that is the best (and apparently only) way to do it! I hope there is no problem, because I am planning to make a mule to do the HM quest again before I make my next WDW trip....you CAN still open the link one time, right? I don't want to waste my time doing the HM quest if I wont' be able to open the link.

OT questions, sorta: how often can you win a tent room PDF? I got one about a week ago, and have made the top ten on JC a few times since then with the same character. Can one character only get the PDF once?

Also, what game do you play to win the nemo chair?

And finally, I have a tent room PDF if anyone wants it. Just PM me and first to do that gets it. I won't be able to redeem it for you (I will be redeeming one already next time I go to WDW, and so will CoughCoolGhoul), so if you are going to a park and need a tent room coupon, let me know and you can have mine. I already have 2 tent rooms and can play JC with mules if I need more next time I go.

I was on my laptop when I completed the Mickey quest and was not hooked up to a printer. I opened the link anway, but then closed it and logged out of VMK. Logged in on my regular computer, opened up the pdf link, and the coupon still popped up. I printed it out, but the number underneath the barcode was different on the paper than it was on screen. Thought it was weird, but dismissed it. It wouldn't let me delete the "congratulations" message either after I printed the coupon. I came back the next day, clicked on the link again and the pdf came up. For the heck of it I printed it again and this time the numbers on screen and the ones on the paper matched up. But it's been days and I still can't delete the message. I dunno what's up, but I just hope that at least one of my coupons is valid.
