Revised ressie from glitch rate paperwork

The ones that called us aren't in the same place as the ones that answer the phone, but they can get them for you.

Are all the people with glitch rates getting phone calls? If yes, why? My parents and I have two rooms using these rates (parents are Fla residents). They are currently in Connecticut, so nobody home in Fla. Should we call to check our reservations? Sorry to hear that there is a problem, hope that it gets straightened out

Yes call them... if you show up, you will find that they are only giving you one night at that rate & the remainder at the regular FL resident rate. If this isn't doable for you, you are allowed to cancel your ressie w/o penalty. Don't get stuck in something you can't get out of by not calling & finding out...

A Mickey Fan & Tallylassie - Wow - where have I been for over a week? Just read through that thread. I have been on the DIS this week, but I guess I missed it!! Thanks for the info. I did speak to a manager in the days after the glitch and did get confirmation that they would honor the rates - I then booked three airfares to MCO from Connecticut!! Ouch - I guess we will still go to visit the parents, but will have to rethink resort choice. I hope they have rooms left!!
