This is one we haven't done yet, so I'm thinking of giving it a try. Any reviews you'd like to share?? Thanks!! :p

We just did this on May 8th. It was ok. My DD is 4 so I thought she'd be into it, but she wasn't really into any characters (she just wanted the pool). The characters all walked around. The fairy godmother was really nice, as was Cinderella. The Prince was a little rushed, so I didn't care for him all that much. The food was ok. The prime rib was to die for, and the bread pudding was great, but everything else was ok, didn't stand out. We probably won't do this again unless DD has a great desire to go. It was expensive. I would have enjoyed the food better at 'Ohana. If you're going for Cinderella, it's good. If you're going for the food, there's better out there. But everyone has there opinion, so I'm sure you'll find others that enjoyed it very much!!

We were there May 10th.
We had an early PS - so we were seated right away (BTW - I hate having PS's and having to wait a long time to sit)
Characters were good - especially the mice (Susie and Perla). Prince Charming wasn't so charming, Cindy was OK. Fairy Godmother was great, especially taking the time to talk to the kids.
Good selection on the buffet, and kids enjoyed the kiddie buffet.
Strawberry Soup was excellent (another DISer encouraged me to try it, and I was advising others at the buffet to give it a go.....)
I really enjoyed the shrimp and grits dish (don't remember what it was called) Prime rib was good. DD loved the plain sticky rice.
Don't remember the dessert selection being that great (I'm not really a dessert eater) but I'm sure there was something that would satisfy. DH can't eat sweets, so CM brought him a fruit bowl, which was really nice.
I would say it was one of the better buffets (compared to our experience at Chef Mickey's which DH hated!)
If you are looking to see Cindy - this is a good alternative to the Castle bfast.
Felt a little rushed, as we took our time and felt they were eyeing us to give up the table. (oh well......)
I would definately go back in future and would recommend this.

I had dinner there when they first started the Character Dinner. It was awful. Actually went back to my hotel and had a snack from the food center. Characters where very nice, the food just wasn't worth the high price for the dinner.

We were just there a couple of weeks ago and had a good experience. We had a 6:30 PS and waited about 20 minutes, but during that time, Cinderella came to the lobby and started doing autographs and photos.

The characters were all pleasant, and the mice had the most interaction with my daughter. The food was fine but not as wonderful as the buffet at Crystal Palace. However, I do agree that the bread pudding was outstanding, and I am not really a fan of bread pudding!!

I'm glad we did this once so my daughter could see Cinderella, and I would recommend doing it once, but I would not do this character meal again. There's just nothing special about the restaurant like there is at Crystal Palace, and the food is good but nothing special (except for bread pudding). The strawberry soup is tasty, too.

I hope this helps!

We were there on April 30th and it enjoyed. Nothing spectacular but everything was good. I really liked the strawberry soup. One of advantages is that Cinderella is there and it is usually easier to get than CRT.

Breakfast and dinner at 1900 Park Fare are the best character meals in The World, imho. We always hit each at least once.

The food, character interaction and atmosphere are all first rate. And the deserts at dinner are to die for: Key Lime Pie and Bread Pudding with Vanilla Sauce -- inCREDible!!! My wife is fond of the strawberry soup, too. Mmmm.
