I haven't posted on here since before or right after my honeymoon. Anyway, my DH and I planned a last min. trip for Valentines Day weekend. It was only 3 days at the parks, but we stay somewhere new and ate at virtually all new places (though we had to get both an ice cream sandwich and some treats from aloha isle).

Day one - we got in super late to the swan and we were going to go to tubbies, but no one had updated to let us know it had closed, so we went to Kimonos instead. I am not a sushi fan but DH is and he love it, and I thought the satay and tempura were both great.

Day two - breakfast was just some muffins from the coffee place in the swan, because we were going to mk for emh. I had called on Wednesday to make reservations at liberty tree for dinner, so we had counter food for lunch. We ate at the Pinocchio village haus with my cousins (who we met up with). Food was good for counter service and it was nice to let the two-year-old stare at the small world boats all lunch. Dinner at liberty tree was good, but too much. We actually asked the waiter not to waste the ice cream on us, and he told us it was included, and we said "yes we know, but we wouldn't eat it if you brought it out."

Day three - Breakfast at the staring rolls cafe. I love this little bakery, their food is good and they are never busy when I go there. Lunch was at beaches and cream. I am sad we didn't make it to dessert, but their chicken sandwich was very good. Dinner was at Ragland Road. I would highly highly recommend this place to anyone, especially if you like to eat a bit later and then watch some of the Irish dancing and live music. And if you do eat there, try the bread pudding, my DH says he'll never be able to get it from anywhere else. After dinner we went to jellyrolls for drinks and fun and we had both!

Day four - Breakfast from the coffee bar at the swan again. Lunch: we wanted to go to UK for some fish and chips at the Rose and Crown, but apparently the main dining area is under construction, so if you didn't have an ADR you didn't get in, so we ate in Italy (Alfredo’s). Food was great and the service was very attentive. Dinner was drinks and eats around the world, and I would totally suggest the fiesta margarita (esp. the mango and strawberry flavors).

Day Five - breakfast at the coffee place and then off to the airport, to be delayed by the massive snowstorm that had hit NYC.

Thanks for your reviews--it all sounds so yummy! I need to try Starring Roles next time!!
