Thanks to you guys here, I found out about this umbrella double. I have been jonesing for an umbrella tandem double for over 2 years, so when I saw it I ordered it right away. I am a total double stroller ***** (have had and eBay'ed a MacTT and a PP Aria Twin, currently using a Sit N Stand).
I ordered from www.albeebaby.com for around $110, free UPS ground shipping. You can get the same stroller, Eddie Bauer pkg, from Target for around $140. The only difference is that mine is in shades of blue, and the Eddie Bauer is in their usual faux suede-ish tan mix.
It was easy to put together, just snap in the wheels, cup holder and hood.
Folding was a breeze, you do have to flatten out the leg rest for the front passenger first. My main complaint about folding the MacTT was hurting my toe while lifting up the bottom bar. On the S1 TT, you just pull up on a handle and then push some buttons on the handles. IIRC, it is 2 pounds heavier than the MacTT, but the fold up size is much smaller and much easier to carrier because of that.
Of course, it's tandem, so walking through doors is waaaaaaaaaaay easier.
My kids have been in it for the last hour and don't want to come out (freaks), so I took advantage of them and took some pics (and showered, and checked my email. I'm loving this stroller already!)
My oldest is in the back, she is almost 4, around 37" tall and 34 pounds. Back seat is up all the way, which is too much recline, IMO. I'm going to take along some band to rig it so it stays up higher. It does nearly fully recline. Youngest in front, 2.5 yrs, around 35" and 33 pounds:

Complaint - the hood only covers the child in the back. While the back would be nice for a baby (there is a flap that comes up and makes it flat, like a bed and there is a big recline):

back seat, so you can see that she has plenty of room for her bum. Lots of elbow room, unlike the MacTT and the PPAT, it's a pretty wide seat:

front seat, so you can see the roominess:

complaint - the basket is SMALL! That's a Gerber sippy cup in there, for reference. I am thinking I can live with the small basket, in exchange for lightness, ease of use and carrying while in airport and getting in and out of busses.

complaint - when the hood is down, my 4 yo's head almost touches. She doesn't care, though. I think she thinks it's a cave or something. I'm just saying, that a 40" or taller kid would need to be in front, or they'd be uncomfortable with the hood. You don't have to have the hood on, btw:

front seat, you can see dd using the foot rest. A really tall child probably wouldn't find that rest too comfy, though I can't say for sure:

back seat, see dd's legs and where she rests them. They are resting on the canvas of the stroller, btw. Wet/dirty shoes could be a problem:

view of back, see storage pouch. Note that I turned the right handle, you can use it in either position, whatever is comfy. I am 5'6" and the handles came to my waist, I think that (with adjustments in handles) most people would be comfortable with the handle height.

Overall, I'm happy. I wanted light, tandem, small fold and a hood. Except for throwing a poncho into the basket in case of rain (for the child in front), I'm ok with the hood issue.
Now, how to get this one by dh, so he doesn't ask how I paid for it?
ETA: when it folds, there is a hook that holds it in the folded position. I don't trust that hook and will probably take along a bungee cord to hold it shut, for checking it at the gate.
