We will have allergies in our group (so we'll add a bit of wait time to all meals) and we have a wheel chair. Here is the potential plan...not sure how the wheel chair will impact the rides we have chosen. She can transfer on her own.

1) Ride Soarin' at rope drop
2) Sunshine Seasons quick breakfast
3) Nemo FP+, visit dolphins
4) Spaceship Earth FP+
5) Club Cool, Figment or Mouse Gear (optional at this time or later)
6) Test Trak FP+
Now I am thinking it must be 11am by this time?
7) Gran Fiesta Tour
8) Lunch snacks WS Germany and America pavillion
9) shop/rest/watch acts, Perry Platapus?
10) 5 Biergarten supper

So, I am thinking that this should get us on our favorite rides and give us plenty of time to check out all of world showcase and the shows (we like to look at almost everything in WS) BUT I am afraid we'll be too tired and ready to leave the park around 3 or 4? With all the shows and acts in WS, I would think we could just grab a drink and sit somewhere, then enjoy dinner and music at Biergarten before deciding if we want to head back or not? Fireworks are not important to us as my oldest can never manage to stay up that late. She will be in bed by 9, either way, so our day time is our plan time and we do enjoy the meals due to our allergies. So, will this plan look OK with the wheelchair? Anything I need to know about using those particular rides with the chair?
Thanks in advance!

I see no reason why having someone in a wheelchair in your party would impact your plans. :) With the exception of Soarin' and Test Track, the person in the wheelchair can remain in the chair for the other rides. At Test Track, that person can ask to transfer upstairs at the seatbelt check. That's what I prefer to do. That ride tends to be a very ungraceful transfer, and that way you don't have as many people watching you when you do it.

Oh and if you transfer upstairs, they usually ask you if you want to ride twice. That's really nice since it's a tough transfer.

It's only ever me and my husband. However, they don't put anyone else in the car with you. So, I would imagine that it would be ok for wheelchair user +5 others. I believe there are six to a car. I don't know for sure, though. Maybe someone else can chime in.

As far as I know, the wheelchair user will also have to transfer for Spaceship Earth. (Certainly that's what's been true when I've gone.) That's also the one that I hope someone who has gone since FP+ began can give feedback. It's one of the rides with an alternate entrance so I'm not sure how that will work with FP+. Last time I went was before any of the changes, but my experience was that it's not a ride that has a long wait. Almost everyone in front of me at the accessible entry would likely now be using a DAS so it should be an even shorter wait for wheelchair users now. I have no idea if it's one that they give wheelchair return cards for when it's busy (if it ever gets that busy).

The only other thing that I know of (and I don't have food allergy experience with most locations on your list) is that what I think of as a "quick breakfast" may not be possible anywhere when dealing with food allergies. You can bring safe food in, but Sunshine Seasons is generally so good with allergies that it seems a shame to not take advantage of that if possible (I don't know how the allergies in your party influence breakfasts specifically). Your definition of "quick breakfast" may be different from mine, though. I think of something involving no more than 5 minutes getting food and at most another 10 for eating (unless you can move and eat it the same time). If what the person wants or the only things they can eat need to be made on a safe area, it could easily take 15 minutes (or more) just to get food.

Thanks! Yes, I am thinking 30 minutes is a quick breakfast. We did Sunshine in the morning last trip, and it worked out great (and it was so yummy!)

What time is park opening? If 8, this looks good. If 9, I would be surprised if you could get through the first half in 2 hours. Soarin backs up fast and is a slower line. 30 min for breakfast. A few other things and even with FP+, Test Track takes a bit to board and ride. Looks like a fun and yet relaxing day though. Enjoy!

We went on spaceship earth twice this past week. How long we waited at the wheelchair entrance didn't seem to be connected to how long the ride wait was, but rather how many people were in front of us already waiting. We did not have fp+ so I can't comment on that. However, the most we have ever waited at that ride is about 10 minutes. Even when the line was 40 minutes out front they weren't handing out return cards.
