Hello everyone! Just back from WDW last night and thought I'd leave my review of Thrifty car rental.
<font face=jester size=3 color=blue>Airport Shuttle</font>
After arriving at MCO we collected our luggage and proceeded to the curb to wait for the Thrifty shuttle. We were very happy to see not 1 but 2 shuttles at the curbside -- no waiting! The driver loaded our bags and we were on our way to their offsite rental lot.

My DH waited in a short line (about 3 people ahead of him). They did try to sell him the insurance but he declined. The agent also suggested he pay for a more expensive vehicle which he declined (they ended up upgrading us for free). The agent was not overly pushy. This took about 10 minutes and we were on our way! (We rented at about 5:30pm)

Our rental rate was $80.89 per week for a "standard" size vehicle. With taxes and fees this came to $120.29 !! Thrifty gave us a FREE one level upgrade and we ended up with a PT Cruiser. The car was new with less than 1,000 miles on it. It was very clean inside and out!

We drove into their lot and the vehicle was quickly inspected. Then we completed the transaction inside -- took less than 5 minutes. There were 2 Thrifty shuttles waiting so we hopped on and were headed to the airport!
<font face=jester size=3 color=red>This was our experience with Thrifty.
I was very happy with the vehicle and the price! I would use them again!</font>
<font face=jester size=3 color=blue>One last comment...</font>
When we returned our car at about 1pm the rental lines were much longer than when we rented. I would assume that the wait time for those people was longer than what we experienced.
