I am going in 13 days for a brief trip with hubby. Please send
opinions of lunch menu at Biergarten and Tusker House. Both
are $20, plus tax and tip. Thanks.

We like to try different restaurants every trip but Biergarten at lunch is the one reservation we end up making every time. The food, which is a buffet, is quite good. I highly recommend the pretzel rolls, sauerkraut, and the various sausages. The atmosphere, especially the music, are a lot of fun. Just so you're aware, you will be seated at a large table with other guests. I've had people who were fun to talk with and people who didn't talk, but it's a great meal either way!

DH and I enjoyed lunch at Tusker House last month. We were seated in a smaller dining room away from the noise of he main dining room and the food was delish. We especially enjoyed the freshness of the roast beef, pork and mashed potatoes and gravy..yum. There are more exotic dishes for the more adventerous which escape me now, but we sampled everything and found it wonderful.:thumbsup2

We ate at both places in February and they were both very good. Having said that, I think we would revisit Biergarten before we would go back to Tusker House.
