I'm right between lots of MVMCP days in mid-December. The park hours are from 9-9 and then evening EMH 9-11pm. I really am not sure how crowded it'll be especially because it's one of the few non-party days that week, but here's what I came up with so far! We're a party of 2 adults btw

8:15 arrive at MK
9:00 RD Peter Pan
9:15 Winnie the Pooh
.. Space Mountain
.. Buzz
.. Any other fantasyland rides that can be done before 11
11:00 light meal
.. either IASW or Haunted Mansion depending on wait times
12:40 Big Thunder FP+
1:00 Space Mtn FP+
2:00 FOF Parade
2:50 7DMP FP+
3:30 CP ADR

break (maybe POTC or Jungle Cruise?)

9:00 HEA (what time should we start seeking out a place?)

9-11 Whatever rides we didn't get to do

I've never experienced evening EMH so we're not sure what we can get done then. It'd be nice to be able to do JC or POTC here or maybe IASW if the waits are manageable. Any suggestions/advice would be really appreciated!

an EMH day in between Xmas parties might be rough crowd-wise, but I guess you can't avoid it. Your plan looks pretty good. Remember to look for those extra FPs after scanning for #3. You can probably get JC or Pirates at some point.

As soon as you scan your bands for 7DMT, I'd start looking for other FPs on MDE. Since there are only two of you, you should be able to refresh until you find the FPs you want. Then once you scan the 4th FP, just do the same thing until EMH start. I used his strategy this past July for my party of 4 and I was able to get FPs for everything I wanted.

8:15 arrive at MK - Are you staying on property? If you want to get there at this time, depending on where you are on property, try and be at a bus stop by 7:30-7:45 a.m.
9:00 RD Peter Pan - Good idea. However, if you want to see the interactive queue, that won't open at RD.
9:15 Winnie the Pooh - I would save this for EMH *See below*
.. Space Mountain - I would go straight here or come here right after PP.
.. Buzz - Good idea to ride it after SM.
.. Any other fantasyland rides that can be done before 11 - This is a good idea or you can save them for EMH (possibly). Maybe ride HM, JC, or POTC at this point?

12:40 Big Thunder FP+ - I'm going to be honest here...Big Thunder FP, Space Mountain FP, FOF Parade. You are doing a lot of walking from one side of the park to another. If you want to see the 2 p.m. FoF Parade and see at 2 p.m, you will have to go all the way back to Frontierland. If you watch from Main Street, you could be waiting another 20-25 minutes for the parade just to get to you depending on where you are there. If I remember correctly, it is about a 20 minute parade.

break (maybe POTC or Jungle Cruise?) - During this long break time that you have, I would recommend the Tiki Room, Country Bear Jamboree, Mickey's Philharmagic, People Mover, and Carousel of Progress. Most of these are Disney classics, and a great way to escape the heat of the day for some air conditioning or relaxing. Also, I would ride the train around at some point.

9:00 HEA (what time should we start seeking out a place?) - On a night between parties, it will be packed. Plan on 45-60 minutes before the show if you want to have a "selection." I have shown up 15 minutes before and it has been very difficult to find a spot. I'm also very tall so I'm always ok with standing near the back of a "crowd."

9-11 Whatever rides we didn't get to do - I would save IASM, Carousel, Winnie the Pooh, Little Mermaid for this or any thrill attraction that you want to do again.

When are you going? Keep in mind the Splash Mountain will open up again in mid-November.

Thank you! I'll have to remember that and keep checking for additional FPs!

Thank you for all the comments. They were really really helpful! I think saving the fantasyland rides for EMH would be a good plan too as you suggested! And I'm so sorry...! The 1:00 Space Mtn FP+ is a type - it's actually supposed to be my Splash Mtn FP+ *facepalm* I was going to do Big Thunder then Splash then wait in Frontierland for the parade

For PP, I didn't know RD bypassed the queue! The main reason for not FP PP was to do the queue...do you think they'll open it up pretty quickly after RD once the line starts building? Maybe we'll hang back for a while in the middle of RD crowds...

Looks like a great plan!
As for PP, I also have never seen the standby queue and I really want to. We have a PPO BOG and will go right to 7DMT. After that, PP. I'm hoping it will have been a few minutes and standby will have opened. If not, I plan to wait around until it does!

Anywhere between 15-30 minutes after the park opens, they will start letting people go into the PP interactive queue. The line needs to build up a bit before they let people in there.
