DAS tile disappeared from my app

My daughter qualified for DAS last June and the tile has been on my phone until a few days ago, when it disappeared. Has this happened to anyone else?

I thought the new DAS guidelines say it's good for a year, so I'm confused as to why it would be gone now. We're going in April and I was thinking we won't have to re-apply, but maybe we will.

What kind of ticket do you/she have? DAS is only valid for a year if you have a Magic Key. Otherwise it is valid for length of ticket and you would need to re-apply.

I think there are exceptions where they will honor it for a year, even without a Magic Key. We were approved last year for DAS, but we have a family member that is a cast member and can sign us in. The last approval we received was good for a year, and it still shows up on my app. I would think if you were using tickets (especially something like the costco deal from last summer), the DAS would expire at some point.
