Hi,

Since there were so many helpful reviews leading up to my trip, I thought I would give a few from our trip.

Liberty Tree Tavern: Character Dinner (Chip and Dale, Minne, Goofy, Pluto)

This was by far the best meal we had while at Disney. The food was excellant and service good. Characters came around 3 times I believe from the time we were seated until we left. We will do this again on our next trip!

Hoop-de-do Review:

Very entertaining! The food was good, but LTT was a hard act to follow and we had eaten similar food for lunch. I am very glad we did this, everyone in the family enjoyed it and laughed along with the actors, even our 3 y.o. Last night at dinner (at home) the 3 y.o. was waving her napkin in the air. :)

Princess Dinner - Norway (Epcot)

Probably the most disapointing. None of us found the food to be all that good and the tables were rather crowded together. In addition, we were table #4 when the princesses came out and they came out rather quickly in my opinion. One right after the other. I'm sure if you were seated further through-out the restaurant, it would probably help. I also wish they would use a photo pass photographer for this instead of paying ~$30 for a picture package with Belle (which we declined, we had our own camera).

Whispering Canyon

Ask for Ketsup! :rotfl: This was a lot of fun, and the food was pretty good. I think I may have just ordered the wrong thing for my tastes, my husbands steak was very good. If your up for having a good time with your servers - it's a good place to be.

Have a great day!

Thanks for sharing your reviews. Do you think you could give more details on LTT and what made it so special? It is not on my list, but I am considering it since I see so many good reviews. Do they just have the one type of dessert?

Thanks for the reviews! I'm considering all but the Princess meal for our December trip! Appreciate your help.

Thanks for the reviews. LTT is one of our "must dos" every trip. When we were there in July there was a fabulous cherry cobbler w/ice cream, in January it was apple cobbler. Can you tell me which you had - I just loved the cherry one!

That sounds good to me, I am just not sure about my kids. I am sure they could just get the ice cream without the cobbler tho, right? I would love to try LTT. We have never been, and it is getting so many fabulous reveiws. I may just have to make a call to the dining line once again ;)

We had the apple and it was delicious!!!! I don't like cherries.... so I'm glad that it wasn't that one. :)

The dinner tasted homemade and was "comfort" food, I guess you could say - mashed pototes, green beans, mac & cheese, turkey, stuffing, ham, lamb (?). The characters came by the table at good intervals. You didn't take 2 bits and then see Minnie, only to have to calm down the kids AGAIN before taking another 2 bites and Goofy, repeat scenario. We had plenty of time with each character. The didn't rush from us to the next family. They played around and signed autographs, took pictures, etc.

If you like the food.... you should try this! I really enjoyed it. Kind of set the standard for the rest of the trip.
