Returning WDW Merchanside

DD got a princess game that my sister bought for her at WDW in December. She already has the game and I'd like to return it and buy something different. I have read that the Disney Store will take back WDW merchandise, however my sister doesn't have the sale slip anymore. The price tag with the code is still on it, however.

What do you think is my best bet?

1. Take it to Disney Store and see if they will take it back.
2. Bring it to WDW with us in January to try to return it there. (I really don't want to bring it with us)

without the receipt they Disney Store (if they even take it back) will give you a store credit. If you take it to WDW & the game went on sale, without the receipt they will give you the sale price. By the way Merry Christmas to all!!!!

In addition to the previous post:

The Disney store will take returns from the catalog or parks. However, software and movie returns are taken when they are unopened. If the game had been opened (doesn't sound like it, as it is a duplicate), it would only be exchanged for the same title.

Thanks for the info. My sister called yesterday to say she did find the receipt. So it is off to the Disney Store for us tomorrow. I hope they have a lot on sale!
