Returning to the Magic for birthday fun -

Great pictures :)

We took DS when he was 10 months and brought him a seat and I know they had his DOB right, so Virgin do know how to do it.

just a quick note to say im not going to be around for a few days as dh nan has sadly passed away, so wew are going to go spend some time with his family and help with funeral arrangements.

we are back, everything went well with the funeral, will take a few days for me to get back organised but then i will have a very interesting update for you after receiving some great memories in the post.

after a tough week i got home to a lovely surprise from my parents and grandparents. I had asked them for some photos from my first few trips to disney but i got so much more than that!!

My nan decided she had got fed up of dusting these so they now have pride of place on my shelves want to see??

so thats my disney history. I love disney partly beciase it reminds me of so many happy times with family, we traveled so much aside from disney through my childhood and that love of adventure and discovery is still alive and ready for more, and i hope that i am giving those same memories, experiences and desire to see and learn more to my two boys.

thanks for sharing those memories of DL and WDW. I was also there in 1991......I wonder if we were there at the same time....;)

Of course, back then I wasn't nearly as wacko as I am now.

Thanks for sharing your memories. Seeing the old pictures of Disney brought back great memories for me also. My husband and I went to DisneyWorld in 1985 on our Honeymoon.

:goodvibes thanks, it was so nice to go through them and have all the memories come flooding back.

before we go into disney news, i just have to share soemthing fantastic with you all. My sister got engaged last night :goodvibes :cheer2: :woohoo: He did it all properly, asking my parents first, and then got the graden all dressed up with candles, and an outside fire before getting down on one knee:love: apperently it was very romantic and as you can imagine she is on :cloud9: I am just so so happy for her, and she has already asked me to help plan it as i love planning, so thats Nov 2009 booked up!!!

so onto disney news:

we are now into May, and why is that so important i hear you cry??

Its ADR month :cool1:

Yes in exactly 11 days i can ring up and make the first few of my ADRs, obviously as we are going for two weeks we can't make them all at once, but that just means having to speak to a nice CM twice!!

everything is worked out however i am anxiously still wanting for the opening hours to be posted on the disney website, to make sure everything works with my itinerary. Also we are going to go to the MVMCP on the 20th Nov luckily it worked out to be a nonpremuim night, wow that has got expensive, but this will be the last time we do it.

Havent ordered my tickets yet, as want to get ADR's and opening hours sorted yet to make sure it does fit in.

My itinerary book is now legendary all my family talk about it. It started as just a free notbook from dh;s work, but i have cut colured and glued and turned it into soemthing rather magical if i do say so myself!!

My mum and dad are off to Haiwaii today for 3 weeks as its my mums 50th and she said i should have done an itinerary book for her, though i think i may be a bit too commando for her. Her idea of exhaustion is watching my dad swim from the beach  not eaxctly binder/book worthy imo!!!

I would like to see pictures of the Binder.....:thumbsup2

Can you imagine an itinerary for 3 weeks in Hawaii...

11am Get up
1pm Lay by the beach
3pm Nap
5pm Food
7pm Drink
11pm Pass out

Next day:

See above....
