I have a few doubles of Snowglobes I got at the Disney Store for Christmas as gifts. I would like to return 2 of them. They haven't been opened and I have the regular receipt from dh. Will there be an issue?? I'm going in the morning.
I would think that would be ok, I got one, thru out the box then realized that my globe was cracked.....I have the ticket but no box, it was bought last summer on clearance.the clerk told me that why bother it would be only worth a penny........that's what they would refund me?????? the mgr. was not there. I said ok and thought I'll never buy another one..... good luck!
I wouldn't think you would have a problem at all. At the Thanksgiving 2004 sale I purchased The Incredibles snow globe. When we opened it a few weeks later we found Frozone's arm was broken off. They exchanged it with no issue at all (if they had not had it I am certain they would have refunded my $$). Good luck!
There will be no problem with returning them as long as you have the receipt( which you said you did). I know that if you don't have the receipt they can only refund you what the item is ringing up as at the time you make the return and they will only give you an in store credit without the receipt and I know they are 39.99 right now. At our store they only have 2 styles left. They also have a 60 day return policy.
They were the $39.99 when we got them too. Thing was I bought some for myself as a gift- then dh bought 2 of the same ones w/o knowing (he still doesn't know ). Anyhow, the gentleman working was really great. Not a problem at all (they hadn't even been unpackaged yet). He actually said he was buying the Little Mermaid one I was returning because he had wanted it and it went so fast.
