Returning Merchandise

Hi:
I was hoping someone could help with this question. We recently returned from WDW and bought 2 tee shirts marked Extra large while there. Once home I tired them on and either they are a children's extra large or were mislabeled somehow because there is no way they can be for an adult. We also bought a large tee shirt on Main street which fits fine so I don't think its me. I know I read a thread a while back on here where someone had purchased ornaments while on their trip and when they got home found the ornaments broken. I know they were able to call a certain number and get them replaced. Does anyone have that number? I was hoping if I sent the shirts back maybe someone at customer service could switch them out somehow. If not then I guess they will have to wait for my daughter to get a little bigger!

On the last day of our trip I noticed the pearl had fallen off of my ring I had purchased in Japan the week before. I was soo sad but since it was our last day there was no chance I could get back to EPCOT. Once home I believe I called the merchandise guest relations number, 877-560-6477. I sent the ring back, they put a new pearl on it and sent it back to MA. The down side was it fell off again but this time I found the pearl and took it to a local jeweler to put it on again.

I found an email by searching the site, sorry I don't know it since I've since deleted it. I bought a watch, not an expensive one just one of the $30 ones and when I got it home and opened it, it didn't work. I did still have the receipt so via email I was able to scan the receipt and send it to them and after about a month I got a new watch. This really surprised me since I wasn't really expecting to replace a $30 watch and was just trying in hopes I would get some little refund. Great customer service.
