Returning Connections Vouchers??

Anyone with experience returning unused vouchers? I spoke to customer service but I didn't quite get it! Do I send them certified with a note? And how do they refund the money?

Send them certified with a note and they will credit your card with the refund. It usually takes two full billing cycle to show up on your statement. Make a copy for your records and if you don't see the credit on your bill follow up with an e-mail.
