Returning an item from Shop Disney?

I want to order this hoodie from ShopDisney, but I am very concerned that I will get the wrong size. With Disney's history of running small and shrinking of clothing I think a XXL will do best. But I also think a XL will work. If I order both sizes, will it be a big ordeal to send one back and get a refund? Will it cost me?

You will have to pay the return shipping on the one you don't keep. ShopDisney doesn't do free returns for reasons like fit or changing your mind.

I ordered 3 items, returned one for a refund and one to exchange for size (did it by phone) and was sent a UPS shipping label and not charged for the return shipping. The item I returned was $19.98 plus tax and I was refunded $21.xx.

YMMV. On the last 2 orders: I ordered myself (male) a Marvel sleeveless t-shirt in men’s XL, to get a little extra room. It came and I laughed; the thing was skin tight and barely made it to my belly button. It was on super sale (wonder why) for like $9. On my wife, who is a women’s small, it fit as I would have expected it to fit on me. Customer service was friendly and expected a return for refund. I get that policy, but for the price of the item, it just wasn’t worth my time or aggravation.

Another item bought recently from shopDisney: a fairly good sized play tent, with accessories, for my 3 year old daughter. I emailed customer service as one on the ancillary accessories arrived broken. I was asking for a replacement accessory. The response was to keep the product and they would fully credit the purchase price of the tent, etc…
