returning a watch to disney store.com?

Hi- I received a watch for Xmas-it was one of the ones you can customize (no name or saying on it). My son instead of ordering the black with silver, he ordered the grey with the rose color trim-there isn't anyway they would exchange that for the black one? Another thing is, he can no longer find the receipt-

If he bought it online, he can log into his account to look his order history.
