I realised last night as I started to pack that I hadnt posted my pre trip report yet and I go on Friday! So how did this trip start
After our fab holiday last year I really wanted to go again but we decided that we wouldnt have a two week summer holiday this year as we would buy a new house instead. However we did agree that we would go to Disneyland Resort Paris as a joint trip for my Birthday and New Year. I started to look into this but then disaster struck, the car needed a lot of money spending on it so much so that it might not be worth doing and we might have to buy a new car. DLRP was out of the window. Luckily though we got a second opinion on the car and it turned out not to be as expensive as first thought. By then Id convinced myself I didnt want to go to DLRP as it was too expensive etc and would be really busy.
So it looked like we werent having any holiday and that started to depress me, then with all the interest rate hikes I realised we would not be able to move so then started the campaign to convince DBF that we might as well go to Florida for two weeks as in reality it was actually cheaper than DLRP. I fought a hard campaign and won and the holiday was booked, flying with Virgin, staying at Pop Century and two weeks car hire.
Then began the fun of booking my first ADRs and some surprises for DBF as it is our 7 year anniversary while we are there, so this is the plan:
Thursday 13th Stay overnight at Little Foxes at Gatwick airport
Friday 14th 1045 Virgin flight from Gatwick, arrive, have airport fun and pick up car, check out Pop Century resort once we are unpacked

Thursday 20th - Water Park, DownTown Disney in evening
Friday 21st (7 year anniversary) Surprise Number 2 Keys to the Kingdom Tour, MNSSHP in the evening
