Return of Adventurer's Club?

I will always regret not being able to see a mask room show. :( The timing just never worked out for us for some reason.

I wonder how many millions it would take to set up a new version on your own right in the same place? Would it make a killing or would it eat the owner(s) alive?

The club might not, but Disney's lawyers sure would :)

I believe there have been other "concept" bars. Not sure they've been hugely successful. Boston has "Medieval Manor", which seems to at least do OK since it's been around for 40 years.

I metioned my brother and I wandered in. It was at a point where there was zero activity from the performers. We almost walked out until we saw a woman in a maids outfit sitting on a couch in a very provocative manner and we decided to stay a while.

LOL! Those provocative maids do it all the time! How long before you realized she was part of the show?

It was right away, but what we did do was say hey this place might be pretty cool and stick around. Then the show started and they called the colonel and he sang "Do the stuff I buy beer with" (like the do re mi song from sound of music)and we were hooked. My only regret is if we had left I would not know what I am missing now.

We have a local German restaurant that has an accordian player. Whenever we are there we request the Do Re Mi song and sing those lyrics we learned from the Colonel.

Do, the stuff I buy beer with...
Ray, the guy I buy beer from....
Me, the guy, I buy beer for...
Fa, the distance to the store....
So, I think I'll have beer...
La, la la la la la la....
Tea, no thanks I'll have a beer!

(Do, pronounced Doe.)
