When you arrive at the terminal....there are two separate entrance rope areas for check in. I waited 10 minutes on the line that seemed to be miles long before noticing a rope area with a Castaway Club sign. I approached the CM that was standing there and asked her if that was for return cruisers and she said yes, as long as you were listed as a castaway club member in the computer. Since my first cruise was a make-a-wish, I had called Disney in advance to make sure I would still be a CC member. Filled with excitement, I followed the roped area only to end up being first in line and sent to the next available person doing check-in. WHAT A WONDERFUL THING!!!!!
If you are going on your 2nd or 52nd cruise......be sure to look for that CC line for check in. It saved me by far over an hour of standing and waiting.
Tracy......p.s. my son was waiting in the line to board the ship while I was checking in, so when it came time to go to the boarding line, I was again up front! Was Great!!!!!
