Is anybody else still have trouble besides me? I've emailed Disney and followed their instruction (delete cookies, clean cache, disable firewall...) NADA! I still get the message "Sorry, you must enter your Confirmation Number and the phone number you used when making your reservation."
I've checked, double checked and rechecked the numbers.
Disney confirms that I do have the reservation but I still wanted to pull it up online. Before the website "upgraded" I was able to pull it up to see if ME had been added.
Any suggestions?
