Retrieving ADR Confirmation Number

I booked a couple ADR's online but the screen went white after I submitted the order. I never received an email.
I usually print the screen out just in case this happens but I didn't this time. I also does not show up anywhere under "My Disney Vacation" [the suitcase in the top left]

Is there anyway to retrieve the confirmation number? I have about 12 reservations and I need the exact days/times. If I can't get the info I'm going to have to rebook again.

Searching the forum this seems to happen quite often...is this why almost all the restaurants I want are full? (e.g. Phantom reservations). They should change the system so that you can list all your reservations by entering your phone number.
 
If you didn't get an e-mail, your reservations might not be made. I made two sets the other morning and got e-mails within a few minutes of each.

I would call 407-WDW-DINE and they can look it up and see what you have.
 
I was able to retrieve our reservations online by using the "My Disney Vacation" pull down list, but you must be logged in first or the link for pulling up your reservations will not show up.

It will allow you to look up all your ADRs by entering the confirmation number and the telephone number associated with your reservation or hotel confirmation info. (So, if you don't have your confirmation numbers, you'll have to call the dining number and see if they can look it up by your hotel information or something. If you can get those confirmation number's you can retrieve your info online and send to your email.) You can look one up at a time or click the button that says something like "retrieve multiple reservations". You will have to click that button for each reservation if you want to print them all up on one page. (FYI - don't click the multiple link one too many times by accident because it will not let you see the reservation listings until all the info is filled in. If you don't have any other info to put into the blanks, you have to start over. This happened to me twice. You just get in a rhythm of entering info then clicking the more reservations tab to enter a new number and without thinking you can click it one too many times. It was a pain re-entering all those ADR confirmation numbers!)

Once you have everything on the screen you can enter your email address and have the info sent to your email.

You can't retreive a reservation online unless you have a confirmation number for it.

If you don't have a confirmation number you'll need to call WDW-DINE and have them look it up using the name and phone number you gave when you made the reservation.
 

You will only get an e-mail if you filled in an e-mail address to send it to - I used both my home and work address just to make sure I got them.
