Rethinking ADRs

We will be in the World for 10 nights in April, and I have made ADRs for at least 2 TS meals each day, since my DP strongly prefers a sit-down meal over CS. (We often share a meal, so it is not as much food as you might think.)

We usually plan CS for breakfast, with TS for lunch and dinner, but on my birthday I was able to get a breakfast ADR for CRT at 8:05am, so we have 3 TS ADRs that day. (I have never eaten at CRT, and the little girl inside me is very excited!) We also have an ADR for dinner at Tony's at 7:30pm. I have booked an ADR for lunch at LTT, but I am rethinking that one, if I can move it to another day (to replace Plaza Restaurant, which doesn't really appeal to me, since I'm not really a sandwich person).

Since we will be in MK from early morning and plan to stay until closing that night, I am thinking about changing our lunch plan to one of the resort restaurants along the monorail. I think it will be nice to take a break from the park. We are staying at the GF, and currently have no ADRs at any of the monorail resort restaurants that serve lunch, so we are open to suggestions. If it matters, we are 2 adult women without kids.

Which restaurant at the GF, Poly or Contemporary would you recommend for my birthday lunch?

The GFC is gorgeous and has great food but what about doing the GF tea instead? DH and I did that last April and it was so relaxing with great food!

The Wave is really good/nice and Kona Cafe is good also the GF Cafe is good.

The afternoon tea at the Grand Floridian is a wonderful, relaxing break to your day, and you can go there in your theme park clothing without anyone batting an eyelash.

They serve between 2pm and 6 pm, and since it's such a small venue, make an ADR. It's very popular.
