Restrooms - RD and in general

So I have the tiniest bladder ever

I keep hearing how rope drop is the way to go each morning. Are there restrooms outside the parks in the waiting areas?

Just thinking about a potentially long bus ride to a park, then having to wait outside is making me nervous!

Any other suggestions from fellow tiny bladder club members welcome :)

There are restrooms outside all of the parks :) Don't worry. All of us who had toddlers at the parks in the midst of potty training needed them too ;)

In fact, one day we were at MK before RD and the restrooms were out of order for some reason so they let us all through the gates early ;)

yes, there are restrooms outside of each park

in MK they are before the turnstiles on the right hand side next to the 'will call' area.

At Epcot they are on the very far left before the turnstiles

At DHS they are to the left of the turnstiles - just after the guest relations windows

At AK they are to the right before the turnstiles

Thank you!! Knowing where they are is a huge help in calming my nerves :) I had checked the maps on the DW website but didn't see much at the entrances, and MK didn't look like there were any there at all.

Whew!

On the My Disney Experience app, you can set the maps to show all the rest rooms inside a particular park. :)

Also on the far right.

Like they said, MamaCrystal, not to worry.

In our family the bladder ladder goes me first then our chihuahuas! They call me the 'jelly bean'...as opposed to my DH whom the kids call 'The Camel':rotfl:
I think he could drive the 20 hours without stopping...sigh...

On our honeymoon trip, I was five months pregnant and my husband said we visited every single bathroom at Disney World and I think I agree. 32 years later and if we didn't visit every single bathroom then, we certainly have now.

Quite honestly, if you don't want to rely on maps, just ask a Cast Member and they should be able to point you in the right direction.

I think Disney World has the same number of bathrooms as they do trash cans and people should use them wisely.

OK found it under explore in the list mode and then can switch it to view in map mode. I love this app hope that I can get decent service (Verizon) in the park when I most need it.

I believe ya all when you say there are restrooms near the turnstiles, but the app is only showing restrooms in the parks.

Just opened up the app.

Menu left hand side clicked on "home" / Mickey head in circle

Scroll bar on top with attractions characters etc clicked on restrooms

On the bottom left chose magic kingdom

A list of restrooms appears

Bottom right clicked on the geotag in a square

Screen flips over to a map!!

LOL we must have been posting at the same time. What does the geotag look like?

I would suggest not getting there before the park opens. If you arrive about 10 minutes after 9, you won't have to wait in a crowd to enter and you'll still have plenty of time to hit rides before they get too busy.
