Restrictions on age on kids menus?

Wondered if there are any age limits on kids dining from the kids menu at Universal parks/resorts/City Walk. My DD is offically classed as an adult at Disney now - she is 11 but is a very picky eater and wonder if any restaurants would challenge us on this?

I've never had a problem at any of the UO restaurants. DS is 12 1/2 now and doesn't eat much so I always ask for the kids' menu.
