Just a suggestion. I broke my foot/ankle in a bad spot 8 weeks to the day before I was set to go to Universal Orlando. I didn't want to miss out on rides so I took my walking cast off the day before the trip. By the end of the first day walking in the parks I was in agony. My foot was 5 times the normal size and I had a huge mass of water under the skin around my ankle. It was so gross looking it nearly made me physically sick. I couldn't walk on it at all the next morning. It was extremely painful. Luckily I was able to stretch it out a lot and it got better for the next two days.
Next time I would bring some kind of brace. You might want to consider that because even though your arm won't be weight bearing, you don't want to get a hard knock to it. Some of the rides are a little rough and stop fairly short. This will hurt if your wrist is braced on a harness or bar. You will have lost a lot of muscle tone and range of motion. Plus, the injury will still hurt for many days after the cast is taken off. A removable brace from CVS might be a good idea. If they say you can't use it on a ride you could take it off. It will at least prevent your arm from moving in a way that hurts or injures it and it will provide some protection against a hard knock.
