I feel kind of silly asking this now, with Frances doing her thing and all, but maybe it will help provide a distraction...

We will be staying at the Radisson the night before our cruise and I was wondering about dinner and breakfast recommendations and price ranges. We will need to walk wherever we go.

Thanks!

Anne

There is a tearoom near the hotel that is absolutely phenomenal.

We were so beat from traveling that we ordered room service at the Raddison and it was pretty good...we also just ate breakfast there. We had a car but just didn't feel like leaving to go anywhere! The morning we ripped through breakfast so we could get into the pool before going to port-I'd been on the cruise before and know how tiny those pools are...figured it was the only time we were going to be able to actually move around in a pool until the cruise was over!

Just stayed at the Radisson 8/20...ate dinner at Grills...neat place good prices but I don't know if it is walking distance (depends on what you consider walking distance). We ate breakfast Sat morning at the McDonalds accross the street.

There is a restaurant inside the hotel , we ate a late lunch there on Friday, a little pricey but decent food. We actually ate outside by the pool. Lunch for the 4 of us (2 adults/2 kids) was $60.00. That included an alcoholic beverages and a "shirley temples" for the kids.

From what I recall, there was quite a few places around, the hotel is right on Rt. A1A which is a pretty busy road.
