I am wondering if you guys would post a restaurant you would not miss eating at ? I am totally new to this planning our first trip and would love you input.
thanks Diane

Funny you should ask! We are at WDW right now and just had lunch (again!) at the Earl of Sandwich at the Marketplace. The sandwiches are great and cheap (4.95)! The line is usually long, but moves quickly. It has become a huge hit for my family. It is not a restaurant as you are not served at your table, but is a great spot for a quick bite. They also offer salads, ice cream, cookies and beer. I totally recommend it!

Well the kids have to go to the Coral Reef. They love eating under the sea. I am not the hugest fan of this one but they are so we always go. I like tepanyaki- like a benihana but it is fun. We have to have breakfast in the Restaurantasaurus in AK with Donald. mmmm my favorite grown up in the parks is the Bistro de Paris. My list could go on and on. Do you have kids? Or is this an adults only.

I have a 6 year old daughter. The coral reef does sound neat .
thanks Diane

:cat: When we are at AK we will eat dinner at the Rain Forest Cafe, lunch will be at Flame Tree Barbecue.

:earsboy: When we are at the MK we will eat lunch at Pecos Bill cafe, and dinner at one of the Resorts.

:wizard: At MGM will have to eat lunch at Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater Rest. and Dinner at 50's Prime Time Cafe.

:mickeybar At Epcot will we eat lunch at Cantina de San Angel and dinner at one of the Resorts.

For Resort Restaurants we have tried California Grill/CR, 'Ohana/Ploy, Whispering Canyon Cafe/WL, and the Maya Grill/CSR.

Chef Mickeys Breakfast
ESPN
Mama Melrose
Yachtsman Steakhouse(well, we dont do this everytime, but when we are going for a splurge meal, this is it)

It's a good idea to go over to allearsnet.com and click on dining. You can see all the menus of all the WDW restaurants. They include the restaurants inside the parks and in the resorts. Great deal of information to help you decide.

MK- Liberty Tree Tavern for lunch
MGM- Sci-Fi Drive In for lunch
BOMA- for breakfast before we go to AK
MK- Casey's hot dogs

These are must dos for us on every trip!! :mickeybar

We always try for Cinderella's breakfast at the castle- DDs are still young enough to like it. They also insist on Chef Mickey's, and O'hana.

DH, and Myself, like Boma, Rose and Crown, and Marrekesh.

my kids would not consider it a disney trip if they did not eat at the garden grill in epcot! for some reason they LOVE that place! (and i do too 'cause it's the quietest, most relaxing character meal i have ever attended, and we've been to a few! LOL!) :sunny:

their new fave since our last trip is HDDR... it's not a character meal per se but it's a great meal and show all in one :flower:

we enjoyed breakfast at the castle, but it's no longer a "must do" and we've enjoyed crystal palace, but it's not a "must do" either... we hope to try LTT and Boma on our next trip :earsboy: :earsgirl: :earsgirl: :earsboy:

It seems that everytime we go we add more to the list, so it's getting hard to try new ones with so many favorites.

We always go to:
Cape May Clam Bake
Spoodles
Kona for breakfast
ESPN-DH loves the wings
Wolfgang Puck Cafe

other favorites are:

Fresh for Sunday brunch
Citrico
Narcoosee
Flying Fish
Artist Pt.

Our favorites and never miss restaurants are Chef Mickey's, Ohana's, Boma, Crystal Palace and Biergarten.
