Just trying to plan dinner reservations and would love to find a family-friendly restaurant that is easy to get to from MK. Are there any resort TS restaurants that are relatively close and have decent meals?

TIA!

Only the Contemporary is walkable from MK, but you can easily get to the Grand Floridian, Polynesian, Wilderness Lodge, and Fort Wilderness via monorail or boat. If you search disboards you will find countless threads about dining at these resorts, although if you are really going in March, your reservation options will be limited because many of these restaurants are booked six months in advance.

The Wave at the Contemporary is walkable. But as mentioned above you can also easily get to the GF, Poly or WL resorts by boat or monorail.

Thanks for the input. I booked dinner at The Wave, which sounds great!
We really enjoyed our meals at The Wave. Although walkable, I'd just take the monorail since it is a bit more relaxing and cuts down on your walking when you'll already be doing a lot. Have a good time.

Thanks for the tip, the monorail sounds like a great option!

Take the monorail there, and walk back (so you don't have to stop at Poly, Transportation and GF before getting back to MK)

Get the cheese plate at the wave. It's my favorite.
