Hi! I'm looking for a WDW restaurant from where we can watch the fireworks of either Epcot, MK or Hollywood Studios.... the ideas is to have a nice dinner with fireworks included w/o having to actually go to the park.

Thanks,

California Grill....

Depending on where you are sitting you could see any one of the shows. Although, HS Fantasmic doesnt have much in the way of ariel fireworks.

MK 'Ohana at the Polynesian, Inside EPCOT Rose & Crown, GF I believe it's Citricos by the GF Marina

Narcoosees, also.

All of the above are limited on the ability to see fireworks from your table (not all tables have a view), although California Grill and Narcoosees also have outdoor viewing areas. So does Rose & Crown, but that is inside a park. I do not believe there are any restaurants outside the park where you can view Illuminations from inside the restaurant, exept for a distant view from California Grill.

DHS does not have a fireworks show. Fantasmic features some minor pyrotechnics, but no high fireworks.

Narcoosees, also.

Nala, is it Narcoosee's at the marina that pipes the music? I'm terrible trying to remember the names of the GF restaurants since our girls were too young in the past to really enjoy them.

I don't remember Citricos piping in the music, they may have but I wasn't there to watch fireworks and didn't pay much attention. I do not believe they had a full-on view although some fireworks could be seen from the windows. So it must be Narcoosees. I haven't been there in years but they have an outdoor area where the show can be viewed.

Ohana's is a okay place to see wishes and has yummy food and fun stuff for kids to do.Or Cinderella's rt in the castle to see wishes and at cinderela's royal table boys are nights and get a sword while girls are fairys and get a magic wand.i like Ohanas better but cinderella rt has a good view of the fireworks WISHES!:disrocks::ccat:

This is all great information... how about one of the restaurants at the Boardwalk... can you see a bit of Illuminations from there?

I'm actually planning for New Year's dinner, with a view.... We've done the parks many times and it gets really crazy in there.... but my wife loves the fireworks so I'm trying to avoid the huge crowds and still get to see some fireworks.
Thanks,

No, you can't see from inside the restaurants. You may be able to see the high fireworks from outside, but not from inside any of the restaurants.

Narcoossee's pipes in the music, both inside the restaurant and on the viewing area. It is on the boat dock, which is on the other side of the Sugar Loaf and Conch Key buildings from the marina. We have enjoyed MK fireworks several times from here and really like it. My understanding is that for New Year's there are also fireworks over the Seven Seas lagoon which you should also be able to see from this spot.

We have also seen the show from Cali Grill, which also pipes the music in. It would provide a better view also for anything going off over the lagoon.

Illuminations is predominantly a ground (water) level show. The air displays are visible from Boardwalk near Jellyrolls. It's also visible from the connector to the Swan and Dolphin from Boardwalk and a little bit from the beach at Yacht and Beach club. You only hear the music that bleeds from the sound reinforcement within Epcot. While we enjoy sneaking a peek from these areas if we're there, it is nothing like what you'd see of the MK fireworks from Narcoossee's or Cali Grill.

Another consideration if you are searching for a place to be on New Years Eve - California Grill does a special event that night that costs about $450 per person. In the past the restaurant was not open to the general public on New Years Eve. You had to pay for this event to get in.
