Restaurants will be crowded in September...

Hi everyone,
Called yesterday to make some PS/AR for September so that's 90 days in advance. I couldn't believe it but some restaurants were already not available for the times I had in mind. Ofcourse everybody is using the free dining plan now, but I had no idea it would be difficult to get PS/AR for Coral Reef or Le Cellier. And there is only two of us!
By the way I asked the CM about how many table services of the dining plan it took to eat at Le Cellier and she told me it is only one, it used to be two.
So I really hope it doesn't change into two again.

You could always try to book for a party of 3 instead of 2 and see if that improves your chances. Most restaurants have more tables of 4 than 2, and they will almost always put a party of 2 on a 4-top.

I am kind of new to this PS thing but I tried to get a few of my first time choices and ended up with 4:30 instead of 6:30 at LeCellier and I got 8:30 instead of 7 at Sci-Fi. These were all offered at 90 days prior at about 10am. Then a few weeks later I sent a request to the Poly Concierge staff (I hadn't heard from them yet about my trip) and they got me all of my requested times!!! I was sooo excited!! But now I realize that they must hold on to some of the tables for concierge and I also know they release some tables at around 30 days prior too.

I would keep trying.

Actually the reservations are made now, but not exactly at the times I had in mind. That isn't soo bad, because my DHB and I always take our Disney vacations very relaxed. I was only very surprised to hear from the CM that not all times were available. I thought I made my reservations call extremely early
