Restaurants that have surcharges?

I have read (somewhere !) that stated some non-Disney owned restaurants have started charges a surcharge on higher priced meals. Does anyone know which restaurants/meals have the surcharge? Thanks!

I have not heard this...

The only surcharges I am aware of is for Holiday pricing at buffets.

I think it would be hard for Disney to do this or for the restaurants under a Disney contract to accept the DDP to do this without a lot of issues.

ive only heard of the holiday surcharges, which is a great reason to get the DDP during those times.
