Restaurants open during MNSSHP?

I know you can make AR's at LTT and Tony's now but are any other restaurants open during the party that just don't take AR's this far in advance? ie: CP?
Also are any CS places open during the party for just a quick bite to eat? (Pinocchio's, Cosmic Ray's, Casey's, or Pecos Bill's)

The castle, CP and the plaza will take PS at 90 days but only up until 6:00p. LTT and Tony's will be open during the party.

Only Cosmic Rays is open for the one hour the park is closed then these counter services will be open after 7:00p:
