Restaurants on th 08 DDP

I know this has been posted before, but I can't seem to find it.

When do the restaurants that aren't Disney owned renew their contracts with Disney for the dining plan? We are going in Jan and I want to firm some things up.

Based on last year, we should see a final list in mid November.
