Restaurants offering Wine Parings?

In January my wife and I would like to take an evening where we leave the kids with the Grandparents and enjoy a nice meal together. One of the things that I have seen on some of the menus, but not all of them, is the idea of wine parings with various courses. For example the menu for Citricos on the DIS says that they will pair three 5oz pours for $25. However, the more to date menu on allears does not mention this option.

My question, is which restaurants offer the wine pairing option? We really like this idea and would like to choose a restaurant that offers such option.

I couldn't tell you if Citricos still has that option or not. I have not heard that it was being removed from the menus.

Artist Point had pairings as well. Boma has a wine flight, so does Biergarten (both are buffets). Your server at Flying Fish and Jiko could no doubt recommend wines for your meals.

This is my experience in the past and I cannot speak for what is happening currently. Things are changing so quickly.

I knew that most of the signature restaurants would have a wine sommelier that would make recommendations; but, I like the idea of a flat price for three different courses.

There used to be several. But if Citricos no longer offers the pairings, the only one I can think of is Artist Point. Although it is possible they might stop such offerings at any time.

In Epcot, Bistro de France has a fixed price tasting menu that pairs several courses with different wines. You can find the menu/prices on allearsnet.com. Sounds wonderful to me!

We had them at Citricos and Artist Point, but I don't recall seeing them at any of the other signatures we dined in.

We also had the wine flight from Boma, which I thought was good value as you got decent sized pours.

I am leaning towards Citricos, I really hope they are still available.

My DH did this at V & A. We also ate at Citrico's but didn't see it on the menu or was offered it and that was back in April.
