Hi Brooke1!
Will you have a rental car while at Disney? If you will, then you have several great options!
If you start at Downtown Disney, head down Hotel Plaza Blvd. to SR 535. Turn right on 535 pass under the I 4 overpass and on the left side about 1/2 mile up, there is a Wendy's, Chik Filet, Benigans. Across the street there is a Landrys, LoneStar Steakhouse. At the corner of 535 and Vineland, there is a Bahama Breeze, and right next door a olden Corral (which is a great buffet style place, the food is good, the prices are reasonable)
Your other options would be from Hotel Plaza Blvd. Go strait at the signal and cross over 535. This is the CrossRoads Shopping Center. Here you will find a TGIFridays, Pizzeria UNO, TacoBell, Perkins,McDonalds,RedLobster. There is also a Goodings SuperMarket in this plaza, but the prices are much higher than other markets.
Just down the other way on 535 from Hotel Plaza is a Pizza Hut,Dennys, and a Sizzler. There is also an Orlando Ale House right behind the 7-11 that has great food and a good childrens menu. (the grilled chicken sandwich is really good)the pricea are good too.
You can really stretch your meal budget while at WDW by eating a few meals off property.
Hope this helps!
