Restaurants not open every day?

Does anyone know if Flying Fish and La Hacienda are open every day? I know for a while they were closed a couple days a week and I’m not sure if they still are. If they are closed certain days does anyone know which days they are closed? I’m trying to plan my ADRs.

It looks like Flying Fish is currently closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
