Restaurants NOT on the Disney Dining Plan?

We are visiting WDW in September, during free diney, but we are NOT on the dining plan. I have found many lists including those restaurants that accept the Disney Dining plan, but is there a list that does NOT accept the plan? We are having a hard time obtaining ADR and I figure it would be easier to plan on those that do not accept the dining plan. I know I MAY get a reservation or two by calling back numberous times, but I'd like to have a back up plan. We are staying on site and will not have a vehicle, so that limits our outside dining.

I believe that Rainforest Cafe is not including on the dining plan...

When are you going in Sept?? How many people?? We may be able to help you get ADR's if any of us gives it up... you can also look on the Sept Adr's thread for any cancellations.

When I was there last summer I used the dinning plan at the Rainforest Cafe. I think they said that there is a place in the Grand Flordian that is not covered, buy I could be wrong maybe its name was Victoria and Albert's.

rainforest cafe is not on DDP or DxDDP, however you can use platinum and premium there.

Some of the restaurants in DTD don't take DDP either, like Bongos, Portobello, House of Blues

Rainforest Cafe will accept the platinum and premium plans, but not the basic or deluxe Disney Dining Plans.

Other than RFC, these restaurants at DTD don't accept the dining plan:

Bongos
Portobello Yacht Club
Wolfgang Pucks Upstairs (not the cafe)
House of Blues
Fulton's Crab House

At Epcot, Bistro de Paris (the only theme park restaurant that does not accept DDP)

At the Grand Floridian: Victoria & Alberts

There are several restaurants at the Swan and Dolphin, none of which accept DDE.
