Restaurants in WWOHP

I know Diagon Alley is barely open, so this question really only goes to those who have experienced the full Wizarding World... (luckies...)

What is the best restaurant within the WWOHP for lunch and/or dinner? (Not snacks - trust me, I'll get to Florean Fortescue's and to a butterbeer station no matter what the reviews are like!)

My DH and I are only going to Universal for a day, and we plan to spend most or all of our day in that area. (HUGE HP fan here... I will probably cry upon walking into either of the lands! ) I am not going to risk leaving the Harry Potter area for lunch or dinner in case I couldn't get back in.

Any thoughts as to what the crowds might look like in the Studios during the week of August 17th? That's not a bad time for crowds in WDW - I wonder if that holds true for Universal, too...

There is only one restaurant in each WWOHP land and both are counter service. The Three Broomsticks in Hogsmeade and The Leaky Cauldron in Diagon Alley. No reservations for lunch or dinner. There is some kind of package breakfast deal at 3 Broomsticks but I don't know details.
