Restaurants in vicinity of HIFS?

I am trying to plan which restaurants I want to spend my MyPoints on. We are staying @ HIFS, and really don't want to go too far out of our way and waste time trying to find our way around. We will also be going to US/IOA and Seaworld a few days, so could stop and eat on the way back to the hotel. Anyway, I am considering:
Red Lobster
Olive Garden
Chilis
Boston Market
Applebee's
Macaroni Grill
Can anyone tell me the proximity of any of these to HIFS (or along the route back from US/IOA or Seaworld)? Thanks for any info!.

Not sure about Applebee's or Macaroni Grill, but all the others can be found on I-Drive if you head south from Universal to HIFS.

Red Lobster can be found in the Crossroads shopping center (about 5 mins)

macaroni grill, olive garden, if you turn onto left 535 from HIFS street they areon 535 just past Crossroads (6 - 10 mins)

One more question: Some of the GCs only come in $10 denominations . Does anyone know if you can use more than 1 GC for dinner? On the other hand, I might feel funny giving them 5 $10 GCs?
