Restaurants for our Non-Disney Day

We decided to head down a day early, so that means we have a Saturday with no park tickets. We're using the military 4 day promo tickets, so adding a day would be costly for a 1 day ticket.

Anyways, we plan to tour Orlando and tour WDW resorts and a trip to Publix for groceries since we have a car. I was looking at a few places off property that have good reviews for sushi because the sushi on WDW is lacking and it's overpriced. I found a restaurant called Sushiology off of Vineland. I was wondering if anyone has been there before and if it is as hard as I imagine it would be to get there since it's right near the Orlando Premium Outlets.

Any other suggestions for good sushi?

Edit: I hope to stay within a short range of Disney. ~10 miles or so.

Ari Sushi in downtown Celebration. Afterwards you can get the best ice cream at Kilwins.

I haven't been to that location, but the Sushiology location at International Drive is one of my favorite sushi spots for cheap rolls (was thinking about getting it for dinner!). That Vineland traffic can be horrific though.

My other favorite sushi place is called Bento Cafe in Dr. Phillips, about a 10-15 minute drive from Downtown Disney. It's still very reasonably priced but the atmosphere is nicer (and it's table service, as compared to counter service at Sushiology).
