Restaurants for almost 3yo

I'm sure you'll get some answers here but You might have more luck with this if you post it on the restaurant board. I'll be checking, because I'm curious to see what people think too!

Both of my girls loved Crystal Palace (Pooh characters) and Cindy's castle (princesses). Pretty much any character meal worked really well for us.

DS was 2 when we went in Feb and absolutely loved Chef Mickey's. He also really enjoyed Biergarten. The music was a lot of fun and he liked being able to be loud and clap along.

On our recent trip with DS, age 2 1/2.

'Ohana-loved it for the "big fire"

Le Cellier-our waiter, Derek from Saskatchewon(sp?), gave him special attention along with the guests at the neighboring table and he ate it up

CRT-dinner PS just 20 minutes before Wishes and had window table (see photo gallery photo titled Table 16). food was crappy, I posted a restaurant report but DS loved sitting there in a castle watching fireworks eating (bread only)

Crystal Palace-best selection of foods for him, plus he loves the Pooh characters.

Concourse Steakhouse-he waved at every quiet choo-choo (monorail) to go by for the entire dinner, plus they had pizza on the kid's menu

On a previous trip we did Chef Mickeys, Garden Grill and Donald's breakfast at AK all with great experiences. The only reason we did not do those on this trip is because we planned and booked in less than a week before arrival and CM and Don's was sold out and GG was closed.

My son hated Crystal Palace, the characters came to close for comfort. He loved the living sea with the aquarium. Also Ohana's with the hockey playing. He did not care for the character meals at all.

My almost 3'er loved all the character meals. The characters look for kids shying away and back off really fast. My little guy loved the big place in Tomorrow Land too, Cosmic Rays! The Character meal at the Land was great too, we did the ride through the organic and hydroponic farming first and then got to enjoy the harvest. It's Disney, they make any meal fun.

My girls (6 and 4 now) love the Garden Grill and Chef Mickeys which are our 2 favorite character meals. The Hoopty Doo Review was probably the most fun we've had at dinner on Property so far. 50's Prime Time is pretty cool also - good food and excellent theming and service. Be warned, they will make you eat your vegetables there!

DS's 2 and 4.5 liked Restaurantosaurus for breakfast both children liked Chef Mickey's and 1900 Park faire and Crystal Palace and....Oh all right if it had a costumed character my kids liked it.LOL. pirate:  :rotfl2: :earsboy:.
Oh I forgot DS 4.5 liked the Sci-Fi Diner with the funny monster movies along with the glowing ice cubes.

My DD had her 3rd bday breakfast at the castle....she loved it!!!! She still talks about it everyday!

character meals are an absolute favortie. Whispering Canyon if it is an older/outgoing three.
